Vi söker nu en erfaren produktionsledare för ett långsiktigt uppdrag hos vår kund inom försvarsindustrin i Linköping. Här får du en central roll i att leda och utveckla den dagliga produktionen inom måleri, med fokus på effektivitet, kvalitet, arbetsmiljö och ständiga förbättringar. Om uppdraget Som produktionsledare ansvarar du för att leda, planera och utveckla det dagliga arbetet på måleriavdelningen. Verksamheten består av cirka 35 medarbetare fördelade på tre skiftlag, varav ett arbetar ständig natt. Du arbetar tvåskift och följer ett av skiftlagen. Rollen innebär fullt personalansvar och ett aktivt arbete med att utveckla och effektivisera verksamheten, både operativt och långsiktigt. Avdelningens huvudsakliga arbetsmoment omfattar maskering, slipning och lackering. Eftersom verksamheten hanterar ett brett spektrum av kemikalier är arbetsmiljö, miljö och säkerhet särskilt viktiga områden. Du rapporterar till verkstadschefen och ingår i verkstadens ledningsgrupp, där du bidrar till verksamhetens fortsatta utveckling och förändringsarbete. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Leda, planera och följa upp den dagliga produktionen inom måleri. Ha fullt personalansvar och arbeta aktivt med medarbetarnas utveckling. Driva förändringsarbete och kontinuerliga förbättringar. Utveckla och effektivisera produktionsprocesser med fokus på kvalitet och produktivitet. Säkerställa ett strukturerat arbete inom arbetsmiljö, miljö och säkerhet. Samverka med övriga funktioner och bidra till verkstadens övergripande utveckling. Din Profil Tidigare erfarenhet av en ledande roll inom produktion eller tillverkande verksamhet. Erfarenhet av personalledning och förmåga att utveckla och engagera medarbetare. Förmåga att leda verksamhet och medarbetare genom förändring. Ett strukturerat arbetssätt och god förmåga att hantera ett högt arbetstempo. God kommunikativ förmåga och lätt för att samarbeta med olika funktioner. Ett tydligt och engagerat ledarskap med fokus på kontinuerlig utveckling. Meriterande: Erfarenhet av LEAN och förbättringsarbete. Erfarenhet av systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete. Bakgrund inom lackering eller måleriverksamhet. Erfarenhet av produktionssystem. Erfarenhet av att tillämpa kvalitetssystem och relevanta standarder. Stor vikt läggs vid dina tidigare erfarenheter, ditt ledarskap och dina personliga egenskaper.
