Produktionstekniker till försvarsindustrin i Karlskoga Är du produktionstekniker och vill arbeta i en tekniskt avancerad miljö där du får vara med och utveckla framtidens produktion? Nu söker vi en produktionstekniker för ett konsultuppdrag på 1 år hos en etablerad aktör inom försvarsindustrin i Karlskoga. Om rollen Produktionsenheten står inför flera spännande utmaningar. Parallellt med kapacitetshöjande åtgärder pågår ett långsiktigt arbete med att utveckla verksamheten genom digitalisering, automatisering och ständiga förbättringar. I rollen arbetar du med att säkerställa att produktionen har rätt utrustning och rätt produktionsunderlag. Du kan bland annat arbeta med att ta fram och utveckla monteringsinstruktioner, operationslistor och andra produktionsunderlag, samtidigt som du bidrar till att utveckla produktionsmetoder och arbetssätt. Beroende på din erfarenhet och kompetens kan rollen exempelvis innebära arbete inom:

Mekanik- och mekatronikmontering

Processtillverkning

Beredning av befintliga produkter

Industrialisering av nya produkter

Support mot verksamheter på andra orter

Driva och leda teknikprojekt

Digitalisering och automatisering av produktionsprocesser

Ständiga förbättringar av produktionsapparaten

Du får en roll med många kontaktytor och stor möjlighet att påverka både teknik, metoder och arbetssätt. Personlig utveckling är en viktig del av verksamheten och det finns goda möjligheter att bredda och fördjupa din kompetens. Din profil Vi söker dig som har en teknisk utbildning, exempelvis som YH-utbildad produktionstekniker, ingenjör eller motsvarande. Du kan vara nyutexaminerad eller ha flera års erfarenhet. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet eller kunskap inom exempelvis:

Mekanik eller elektronik

Processteknik

Industrialisering

Produktionsberedning

Projektledning

Automatisering och digitalisering

Vi ser gärna att du är nyfiken, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad och trivs med att arbeta tillsammans med andra. Du är uthållig och har förmågan att driva arbetet framåt, från idé till genomförande. Du kommunicerar väl på svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Tjänsten är placerad inom försvarsindustrin och innebär att du behöver genomgå och godkännas enligt vid var tid gällande bestämmelser för säkerhetsskydd. För tjänsten kan krav på visst medborgarskap förekomma. Resor kan förekomma i tjänsten.
