Arbetsuppgifter Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden är: Optimera bearbetningsprocesser, verktygsval och metoder inom svarvning och fräsning Analysera tekniska problem och förbättringsmöjligheter samt ta fram och genomföra åtgärdsplaner Driva processförbättringar och rationaliseringsarbete i linje med verksamhetens mål Aktivt delta i produktionsmöten och daglig styrning Arbeta operativt i produktionen och fungera som tekniskt stöd

Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har/är: Eftergymnasial teknisk utbildning inom t.ex. produktionsteknik, CNC, maskinteknik eller automation Erfarenhet av produktionstekniskt arbete inom skärande bearbetning (svarvning & fräsning) God erfarenhet av CAM-beredning (GibbsCAM är meriterande) Meriterande med erfarenhet av automation och/eller robotlösningar Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift God IT-vana, inklusive Office och affärssystem B-körkort

Personlighet För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du: Är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och analytisk Har god samarbets- och kommunikationsförmåga Tar initiativ och driver arbete självständigt hela vägen i mål Har ett genuint teknikintresse och ett tydligt kundfokus Har social förmåga att påverka, engagera och inspirera andra
