Vi söker nu en Produktionstekniker med svetsansvar för ett konsultuppdrag hos vår kund, ett väletablerat tillverkande industriföretag med cirka 50–60 medarbetare. Företaget befinner sig i ett starkt affärsläge och söker nu en konsult som kan säkerställa kontinuitet i produktionen under tiden en rekrytering pågår. Uppdraget passar dig som trivs nära verksamheten och vill kombinera produktionsteknik, beredning och praktiskt tekniskt stöd i en varierad roll. Om uppdraget Som produktionstekniker blir du en nyckelperson i den dagliga produktionen med ansvar för att utveckla och stötta produktionsflödet. Rollen kombinerar produktionsteknisk beredning med svetsansvar och innebär ett nära samarbete med verkstad och konstruktion. Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar bland annat: Produktionsteknisk beredning och dokumentation i Monitor. Framtagning av skär- och maskinfiler. Programmering av verkstadsmaskiner, bland annat Amada. Teknisk support till produktion och konstruktion. Planering, styrning och uppföljning av svetsarbetet. Arbete med WPS, svetsdokumentation och kvalitet enligt ISO 3834. Identifiera och lösa tekniska utmaningar för att säkerställa ett effektivt produktionsflöde. Vi söker dig som Du har flera års erfarenhet (cirka 5 år eller mer) från tillverkande industri och känner dig trygg i en roll där du kombinerar produktionsteknik med ett praktiskt och lösningsorienterat arbetssätt. Har du arbetat med beredning och produktionsflöden kommer du snabbt att komma in i uppdraget. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av: Produktionsteknisk beredning inom tillverkande industri. Verkstadsproduktion och svetsning. Manuell TIG- och/eller MAG-svetsning. Ritningsläsning inom mekanik och svets. Plåtbearbetning, skärmaskiner och kantpressar. Programmering av verkstadsmaskiner, gärna Amada. WPS, svetsdokumentation och arbete enligt ISO 3834. Relevant teknisk utbildning eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. Vi värdesätter framför allt en person som har en god teknisk förståelse, arbetar självständigt och trivs med att vara ett stöd till produktionen. Om du inte uppfyller varje enskild punkt men har en stark bakgrund inom produktionsteknik och verkstadsindustri är du ändå varmt välkommen att söka. Övrig information Omfattning: 100 %.
