Om rollen: Som konsult hos oss på Prokon arbetar du med att utveckla och effektivisera tillverknings- och logistikprocesser hos våra kunder. Du samarbetar nära med produktionsledning, kvalitetsansvariga, beredare och operatörer inom både underhåll och produktion. Dina insatser bidrar direkt till en hållbar och konkurrenskraftig produktion. Uppdragen varierar i längd och innehåll beroende på kundernas behov. Du kommer till viss del att arbeta på distans, men oftast är du på plats hos kund – vilket kan innebära resor inom regionen eller till andra orter. Tjänsten utgår från Lycksele / Vindeln området, och vi söker dig som bor eller kan tänka dig att arbeta i denna del av Norrland. Vi söker dig som har: · Högskoleingenjörsutbildning eller motsvarande kompetens · Erfarenhet av produktionsteknik och projektledning inom tillverkande industri · God kunskap om Lean och Six Sigma Meriterande kompetens: · Metodstudier (t.ex. SAM, AVIX, PROKON) · Teknisk beredning av nya produkter · CAD-design i 2D/3D · Affärssystem som Movex, Monitor eller SAP · Praktisk erfarenhet av montering, svetsning och/eller målning Som person tror vi att du är: Strukturerad, analytisk och lösningsorienterad Självständig och initiativrik En naturlig ledare som skapar förtroende och engagemang Kommunikativ, inspirerande och en god lagspelare

Du har ett genuint intresse för teknikutveckling och trivs i en roll där du får kombinera teknik, problemlösning och ledarskap. Du behöver kunna uttrycka dig väl på svenska, och gärna även på engelska. Övriga krav: · B-körkort och tillgång till bil Möjlighet att resa i tjänsten inom Norrland
