Om rollen Som Produktionsteknisk chef ansvarar du för underhåll, teknik och utveckling av maskinparken och utrustningen i en modern och framåtlutad industrimiljö. Du leder och utvecklar ett team på sju medarbetare och är en tekniskt kunnig och närvarande ledare som aktivt deltar i det dagliga arbetet när behov uppstår. Rollen är en del av fabriksledningsgruppen och har en viktig funktion i att bidra till fabrikens övergripande strategi och prioriteringar.

Ansvara för drift, utveckling och tillgänglighet i maskinparken och utrustningen

Säkerställa hög driftsäkerhet samt ökad produktivitet och effektivitet i produktionen

Leda arbetet med förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll för att minimera oplanerade stopp

Ansvara för beredning och kalkylering

Planera och införa strukturerat, inplanerat underhåll och utveckla rutiner och arbetssätt

Leda implementering och driftsättning av ny teknik och maskiner tillsammans med interna och externa parter

Identifiera och driva tekniska förbättringsinitiativ och projekt inom produktionen

Erfarenhet och kompetens Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av produktionsteknik och underhåll inom tillverkande industri samt vana av maskininstallationer, investeringsprojekt och förbättringsarbete i industriell miljö. Du har god förståelse för maskinstyrning, PLC-system och automation. Flytande svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift är ett krav. Det är meriterande om du har en eftergymnasial teknisk utbildning, gärna med inriktning mot maskinteknik, produktionsteknik eller automation. Erfarenhet från industri med maskinbearbetning ses också som meriterande. Som person är du en verksamhetsnära, trygg och förtroendeingivande ledare med god kommunikationsförmåga. Du är målinriktad, strukturerad och utvecklingsdriven, med förmåga att identifiera och driva förbättringar både tekniskt och organisatoriskt.
