Vi söker en produktledare till vår kund inom försvars- och högteknologisk industri i Arboga. Du leder utvecklingen och förvaltningen av produkter och lösningar inom Land Communications genom hela livscykeln och bidrar med teknisk expertis i dialog med kunder och sälj.

Om uppdraget – Leda och utveckla produkter inom Land Communications – Ansvara för produktens livscykel och långsiktiga utveckling – Identifiera och analysera marknads- och tekniktrender – Genomföra konceptstudier (CONOPS) och utvärdera framtida lösningar – Bidra med teknisk expertis i säljkampanjer och kunddialoger – Styra teknikutvecklingen tillsammans med verksamhetens ledning – Säkerställa att produktstrategier stödjer både kortsiktiga leveranser och långsiktiga affärsmål

Vi söker dig som – Har senior erfarenhet av produktutveckling eller produktledning inom kommunikationsområdet – Har erfarenhet av utveckling av tekniska produkter eller systemlösningar – Har god förståelse för avancerade kommunikationssystem och dess tillämpningar – Har erfarenhet av tekniskt ledarskap och styrning – Har stark affärsförståelse och vana att arbeta kundorienterat – Har god analytisk förmåga och erfarenhet av att driva teknikutveckling – Har mycket god kommunikativ förmåga – Behärskar svenska och engelska flytande i tal och skrift – Har B-körkort

Meriterande – Erfarenhet av militära kommunikationslösningar – Erfarenhet av produktutveckling mot försvarssektorn – Erfarenhet av Systems Engineering inom försvarsindustrin – Kännedom om FMV och arbete inom Försvarsmakten – Erfarenhet av taktiska radiosystem, satellitkommunikation, intercom-system eller 5G
