SVENSKA NEDAN / SWEDISH BELOW Professional Home Cleaner at HomeWork® AB HomeWork® AB is one of Sweden's largest home cleaning companies, with clients in Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, and Lund. We have focused exclusively on home cleaning since 2007, that is, for more than 18 years. As a professional home cleaner with HomeWork, you clean the homes of regular clients on a weekly, biweekly, or four-weekly basis. You normally have two clients a day, sometimes three, but never more. The clients stay the same over time, so they become your clients, who know you and trust you. We're looking for employees who are motivated and genuinely skilled in home cleaning: who know their materials and methods, work meticulously and efficiently, stay organized, and have an eye for detail. Strong communication, service-mindedness, and a sense of responsibility are also important. If you have previous professional cleaning experience it’s an advantage, but not a requirement. Since we only recruit people who want home cleaning to be their profession, we ask that you work at least 25% of full-time, that is, 10 hours per week. In return, we offer a genuinely stable job, friendly clients, and an administration that is well-organized and helpful for you. We also offer better employment terms than many other cleaning companies: • Higher salary than in collective agreements • Full-time work if you want to work full-time • Compensation for travel by car or public transportation • Work phone with free calls and free internet • Bonus program for referrals to new clients and cleaners • Healthcare/fitness subsidy • Up to six weeks of vacation per year The salary is 4% higher than in collective agreements, which currently means 157,06 SEK/h plus 12% vacation salary, for a total of 175,90 SEK/h. If you're unfamiliar with the salary system in Sweden, it's worth noting that we, like all Swedish employers, also pay social fees of 31,42% on top of your salary. That includes your pension fee of 10,21%, which the Swedish state pays out to you when you retire, whether you then still live in Sweden or not. To apply, you should: 1. Som professionell hemstädare hos HomeWork städar du återkommande kunders hem varje, varannan eller var fjärde vecka. Du har normalt två kunder om dagen, ibland tre, men aldrig fler. Kunderna är desamma över tid och blir på så vis ”dina” kunder, som känner dig och litar på dig. Vi söker medarbetare som är motiverade och genuint skickliga inom hemstädning: som kan sina material och metoder, arbetar noggrant och effektivt, är organiserade och har öga för detaljer. God kommunikation, servicekänsla och ansvarstagande är också viktigt. Om du har tidigare yrkeserfarenhet av städning är det en fördel, men inget krav. Eftersom vi endast rekryterar personer som vill ha hemstädning som sitt yrke, ber vi dig att arbeta minst 25 % av heltid, alltså 10 timmar i veckan.
