Vi söker nu en Project Support inom digitalisering och AI till ett spännande konsultuppdrag hos en av våra kunder i Finspång. Uppdraget är initialt på 6 månader med möjlighet till förlängning. Om rollen Du kommer att arbeta i en projektorienterad organisation som driver komplexa kund- och leveransprojekt. Verksamheten arbetar i ett omfattande digitalt landskap med en kombination av lokala, globala, projektspecifika och funktionella system och verktyg. I rollen kommer du att bidra till verksamhetens fortsatta digitaliseringsresa genom att identifiera möjligheter, koppla samman data och utforska hur AI och automation kan skapa smartare och mer effektiva arbetssätt. Du kommer bland annat att:

Fånga upp verksamhetens behov och idéer och omsätta dem till digitala lösningar.

Utveckla prototyper och pilotlösningar tillsammans med verksamheten.

Utforska hur AI, automation och data kan effektivisera befintliga processer.

Samarbeta med olika delar av organisationen inom exempelvis projektledning, inköp, engineering, planering och kvalitet.

Identifiera rätt kompetenser, information och tekniska möjligheter för att driva initiativ framåt.

Demonstrera värdet av nya lösningar och vidareutveckla dem tillsammans med verksamheten.

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har en god förståelse för verksamhetsprocesser och som snabbt kan sätta dig in i nya behov och komplexa sammanhang. Du behöver inte alltid ha en färdig kravspecifikation framför dig, utan trivs med att själv utforska problemet och hitta vägen mot en fungerande lösning. Vi ser gärna att du har:

Minst 3 års relevant erfarenhet inom exempelvis projektkoordinering, industriell verksamhet, digitalisering eller liknande område.

Akademisk utbildning inom teknik, ekonomi eller annat relevant tekniskt område.

Erfarenhet av eller förståelse för komplexa kund- och leveransprojekt.

Förståelse för områden såsom projektledning, engineering, inköp, planering eller kvalitet.

Ett brett tekniskt intresse inom digitalisering, data, automation och AI.

Erfarenhet av eller kunskap inom verktyg och tekniker såsom Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub, Power Platform, RPA, Python/PowerShell, Alteryx och Snowflake.

Förståelse för arbete med data och processer kopplade till exempelvis SAP, Primavera och Microsoft 365.

Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du är självgående, nyfiken och lösningsorienterad. Du tar gärna egna initiativ och är bekväm med att navigera i en komplex organisation där alla svar inte finns från början. Du trivs med ett iterativt arbetssätt där du först förstår problemet, utforskar möjliga lösningar, bygger och testar en prototyp och därefter utvecklar lösningen vidare tillsammans med verksamheten.
