Start: Omgående Omfattning: Heltid Uppdragslängd: 6 månader med möjlighet till anställning Placering: Stockholm OM ROLLEN Vi söker nu en projekt controller till en ideell organisation där du får en viktig roll i uppföljningen av både svenska och internationella projekt. Arbetet omfattar bland annat budget, prognos, projektredovisning, avstämningar och rapportering mot finansiärer. Du kommer även att vara ett stöd vid revisionen och bidra till att projekten följs upp på ett strukturerat och kvalitetssäkert sätt. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

Ekonomisk hantering och uppföljning av svenska och internationella projekt

Projektredovisning

Budget- och prognosarbete

Avstämningar och rapportering mot finansiärer

Stöd i samband med revisioner av projekt

Nära samarbete med projektledare

DIN PROFIL För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har:

ca 3-8 års erfarenhet som projektcontroller eller projektekonom

Erfarenhet från projekt- eller bidragsfinansierad verksamhet

Mycket goda kunskaper i Excel

Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Erfarenhet av att arbeta med flera kontaktytor och intressenter

Meriterande:

Erfarenhet från organisation med extern finansiering

Erfarenhet av internationella projekt

Erfarenhet av Visma
