För uppdrag till vår kund i Karlskrona söker vi nu en strukturerad och driven Projekt- och Dokumentadministratör som vill bidra till några av Sveriges mest avancerade och samhällsviktiga teknikprojekt. Om rollen Som Projekt- och Dokumentadministratör blir du en viktig del av våra kundprojekt där vi utvecklar, modifierar och underhåller ytfartyg för svenska och internationella marina verksamheter. Du arbetar nära projektledare, konfigurationsledare och tekniska specialister för att säkerställa att rätt dokumentation och produktinformation levereras i rätt tid och med hög kvalitet. Du ingår i teamet för konfigurationsledning och projektadministration och får en central roll i att koordinera och administrera projektleveranser till kunder, partners och leverantörer. Tjänsten är placerad i Karlskrona. Resor förekommer i mindre omfattning, främst inom Sverige. Dina arbetsuppgifter I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

Stödja projektledning och produktledning i arbetet med projektleveranser

Samordna och administrera dokumentation och produktinformation kopplat till projektens olika leveranser

Tillsammans med konfigurationsledare driva och följa upp leveranser till kunder, leverantörer och partners

Vara kontaktperson i leveransrelaterade frågor, både internt och externt

Säkerställa att dokumentation levereras enligt projektplan och överenskomna tidsramar

Bidra till utvecklingen av företagets processer inom konfigurationsledning och leveranshantering

Samarbeta med delprojektledare, systemingenjörer, konstruktörer och andra specialister i projektorganisationen

Vi söker dig som har Några års erfarenhet av projektadministration eller liknande administrativa roller i projektmiljö

Erfarenhet av dokumenthantering och koordinering av projektleveranser

Kännedom om konfigurationsledning eller arbete i komplexa tekniska projekt

Goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office-paketet

Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera på svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift

Vana att arbeta självständigt och driva arbetsuppgifter framåt

Det är meriterande om du har Erfarenhet från industri-, försvars- eller teknikverksamhet

Erfarenhet av arbete med produktinformation och teknisk dokumentation

Förmåga att snabbt skapa överblick över komplex information och flera parallella leveranser
