KCEM växer och efterfrågan på våra tjänster ökar. Därför söker vi nu en projekt- och utbildningssamordnare som vill bli en del av vårt lilla och familjära team. Om rollen Som projekt- och utbildningssamordnare arbetar du med att planera, utveckla och genomföra våra kurser, konferenser och digitala utbildningar utifrån våra medlemmars behov och relevanta regelverk. I rollen får du möjlighet att möta våra medlemsföretag och samarbetspartners på plats, vilket innebär resor inom Norden som en naturlig del av arbetet. Du kommer bland annat att: Planera och utveckla utbildningar, kurser och konferenser Samordna samarbeten med medlemsföretag och externa föreläsare Leda utbildningar och själv medverka som föreläsare Utveckla vårt erbjudande inom digital utbildning och e-learning Bidra med idéer och initiativ till KCEM:s fortsatta utveckling.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som tycker om att driva projekt, utveckla utbildningar och skapa goda relationer. Du är självgående, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad och trivs i en roll med varierande arbetsuppgifter och många kontaktytor. Du har god pedagogisk och kommunikativ förmåga och uttrycker dig mycket väl på både svenska och engelska. Du har också god digital vana och kunskaper i Office-paketet. Erfarenhet från explosivvarubranschen eller kunskap om explosivämnen är meriterande, men inget krav. För oss är rätt person, engagemang och vilja att lära minst lika viktigt. Varför KCEM?
