The posting

Vi växer och söker nu dig som vill ta en central roll i vår solcellsverksamhet – som projektör och projektledare för våra installationer. Du blir en nyckelperson i kedjan mellan försäljning, installation och kund, och ser till att varje projekt genomförs på rätt sätt, från start till mål. Om rollen Som projektör hos oss ansvarar du för att kvalitetssäkra och driva våra solcellsprojekt framåt. Du arbetar nära både kunder och installationsteam, och dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter blir att: Projektera jobben – kontrollera att säljaren har sålt rätt lösning och att det är tekniskt möjligt att installera solceller, batterier och växelriktare enligt offert. Ta över kundansvaret – vara kundens huvudsakliga kontaktperson genom hela installationsprocessen och ge support längs vägen. Installera skenor och solpaneler på taket, så att elektriker sedan kan koppla in systemet. Leda ett team av installatörer – planera, samordna och driva projekten som projektledare på plats.

Vi tror att du: Har tidigare monterat solpaneler (krav). Är trygg i att leda och fördela arbete i ett team. Har god kommunikativ förmåga och trivs med kundkontakt. Är strukturerad, noggrann och kan självständigt planera och driva projekt framåt. Har B-körkort (krav, då arbetet innebär resor mellan projekt i Stockholmsområdet).
