The posting

Som projektadministratör hos oss ingår du i vårt Projektteam där du ansvarar för att driva dina egna standardprojekt från beställning till fakturering. Rollen innebär daglig kontakt med våra kunder, säljare och servicetekniker via telefon, web och mail. Ditt uppdrag är att hantera tilldelade standardprojekt (vilket avser leverans av produkt inkl. montage) i enlighet med vår projektprocess. I denna process ingår allt från inköp, leveransplanering, samordning med servicetekniker till fakturering och ekonomisk uppföljning. Ambitionen med varje projekt är kundnöjdhet och att nå uppställda mål genom effektiv planering och bevakning. För att komplettera vårt team behöver vi dig med tidigare erfarenhet av projektadministration och som inte är främmande för att hantera egna standardprojekt. Du är van att arbeta självständigt, är en god administratör och har en stark servicekänsla och kundfokus. Eftersom rollen har ett stort kontaktnät är det viktigt att du är en god kommunikatör. Formella krav Relevant utbildning Dokumenterad erfarenhet av projektadministration God vana av att arbeta i kvalificerade administrativa system Goda kunskaper i Office-paketet och CRM system Du talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och har goda kunskaper engelska, muntligt som skriftligt. Erfarenhet av Salesforce och Jeeves är meriterande Erfarenhet från industribranschen är meriterande
