Om uppdraget Kunden söker en samordnande projektroll med fokus på planering, dokumentation, uppföljning och stöd till projektledning. Exakt innehåll, omfattning och arbetssätt varierar mellan uppdragen. Uppdragen finns i Jämtlandsregionen och kan innebära arbete på plats hos verksamheten, hybridupplägg eller i vissa fall distans. För vissa roller kan resor inom regionen förekomma. Exakt arbetsplats, arbetstider och praktiskt upplägg presenteras alltid innan du tar ställning till ett specifikt uppdrag. Arbetsuppgifter Samordna möten, aktiviteter och projektinformation Föra protokoll och följa upp beslut och åtgärder Stödja med tidplan, ekonomi och rapportering Hantera projektets dokument och administrativa flöden Vara ett nära stöd till projektledare och övriga projektmedlemmar

Krav för rollen Minst 2 års erfarenhet av projektadministration eller projektkoordinering God vana av planering, mötesstruktur och dokumentation Mycket goda kunskaper i Microsoft 365/Office Mycket god svenska i tal och skrift

Meriterande Erfarenhet från bygg, fastighet, infrastruktur eller offentlig verksamhet Erfarenhet av ekonomisk uppföljning och fakturahantering Vana av projektverktyg och dokumenthanteringssystem
