Hos oss på Bäckström Anläggning AB får du möjlighet att leda vår produktionsgrupp inom affärsområde datacenter och bidra till vår framgång. Som Projektchef hos oss rapporterar du till Affärschefen och har det övergripande affärsansvaret för vår produktionsgrupp. Du följer och utvecklar våra projekt genom alla faser – från försäljning och uppstart till genomförande och avslut. Genom ditt arbete säkerställer du högsta möjliga lönsamhet, nöjda kunder och en säker arbetsmiljö. Du har också personalansvar för produktionsgruppen och arbetar för att utveckla teamet och vår verksamhet. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Försäljning: Medverka i försäljningsarbetet, exempelvis genom kundansvar, granskning och upprättande av anbud samt kontrakt. Projektledning: Ansvara för uppstart, planering och genomförande av projekt med fokus på ekonomi, tid och kvalitet. Uppföljning: Säkerställa att ledningssystem och lagkrav efterlevs, följa upp ekonomi och nyckeltal samt medverka vid slutbesiktningar och erfarenhetsåterföring. Kundansvar: Upprätthålla goda kundrelationer och hantera merförsäljning, omförhandlingar och ändringar av kontrakt. Resursfördelning: Ansvara för resurs- och rollfördelning inom projekt och avdelning. KMA-arbete: Säkerställa att kvalitets-, miljö- och arbetsmiljöarbetet följs och utvecklas enligt våra riktlinjer.

Vi söker dig som: Har flera års erfarenhet av projektledning inom bygg- och anläggningsbranschen. Har goda kunskaper inom ekonomi, kontrakt och uppföljning av projekt. Är en engagerad ledare med förmåga att inspirera och utveckla ditt team. Har erfarenhet av kundrelationer och merförsäljning. Är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och kvalitetsmedveten.
