PROJEKTLEDARE

Som Projektledare driver du entreprenadprojekt från kontraktsskrivning till slutbesiktning med fullt ansvar för kvalitet, tidplan och ekonomi. Du leder projekt i nära samarbete med kunder, konsulter, montörer och underentreprenörer samt ansvarar för projektuppföljning, ÄTA, inköp och kundrelationer. Rollen omfattar både större och mindre installationsprojekt inom kyla. Du har inga som helst problem att visa dina fina resultat från nuvarande och tidigare tjänster. Det troliga är att du arbetat inom bygg-, installations- eller VVS-branschen och du är van att ta dina projekt på ett strukturerat, affärsmässigt sätt med god lönsamhet. Du har genomgående skapat nöjda, kunder och medarbetare som verkligen bidrar och trivts i ditt team. Erfarenhet av kyla är meriterande men inget krav. Däremot är det viktigt att du har god kunskap om entreprenadjuridik såsom AB, ABT och AMA. Vi utgår ifrån att du har B-körkort och behärskar både svenska och engelska väl i både tal och skrift. Hos oss är alla lika viktiga, oavsett om du arbetar nära våra kunder, ute i projekten eller i en stödfunktion.
