Smoltek Semi AB är pionjärer inom kondensatorteknik baserad på ultratunna kolnanofibrer i en metall-isolator-metall-struktur (CNF-MIM). För att driva vår teknikplattform mot högpresterande produkter redo för tillverkning söker vi en tekniskt kunnig och produktorienterad projektledare för FoU inom halvledarteknik/tunnfilmsbeläggning, som kan leda och samordna våra aktiviteter kring atomlagersdeponering (ALD). Du kommer att driva ALD-utvecklingen med hjälp av både Smolteks egen ALD-utrustning och externa verktyg samt utvecklingspartners. Rollen kombinerar tekniskt djup med praktiskt projektledarskap: att omsätta produkt- och komponentkrav till utvecklingsplaner, samordna experiment och resurser samt driva ALD-processer från materialutveckling till robust integrering i komponenter och skalbar tillverkning. Du kommer att arbeta nära interna ingenjörer samt externa laboratorier, forskningsinstitut, utrustningsleverantörer och tillverkningspartners, och du rapporterar direkt till CTO. Vad du kommer att göra: Planera och följa upp DoE-aktiviteter (Design of Experiments), processvariationer, wafer-körningar, karakterisering och lärandecykler, samt korrelera processparametrar med material- och elprestanda. Omsätta krav på kondensatorer, dielektriska skiktstrukturer och produkter till mål för processutveckling och experimentplaner. Ansvara för och driva Smolteks ALD-utvecklingsaktiviteter, inklusive arbete som utförs i vår interna ALD-utrustning och hos externa partners. Definiera projektmål, planer, milstolpar, prioriteringar, resurser, risker och leverabler för ALD-relaterad FoU-verksamhet. Hantera tekniskt samarbete med externa ALD-laboratorier, halvledartillverkare (foundries), utrustningsleverantörer och andra utvecklingspartners. Säkerställa tydlig projektdokumentation, spårbarhet i experiment, datagranskning, beslutsfattande samt regelbunden kommunikation om status, risker och nästa steg. Stödja överföringen av framgångsrika ALD-processer till repeterbara, skalbara och produktionsrelevanta processflöden.

Vad du tar med dig: Civilingenjörsexamen (M.Sc.) eller doktorsexamen (Ph.D.) inom teknisk fysik, elektroteknik, nanoteknik eller ett närliggande område. Stark teknisk bakgrund inom halvledartillverkning, tunnfilmer, materialteknik eller komponenttillverkning. Erfarenhet av att leda tekniska FoU-projekt, inklusive planering, samordning, prioritering, riskhantering och uppföljning av leverabler. Praktisk erfarenhet av atomlagersdeponering (ALD), särskilt gällande dielektrika med högt k-värde (high-k), metallelektroder eller tunnfilmstackar för halvledare. Förmåga att arbeta tvärfunktionellt och omsätta tekniska utmaningar till strukturerade utvecklingsaktiviteter och tydliga beslut. Ett produktorienterat förhållningssätt med intresse för att ta teknik från experiment och konceptverifiering (proof-of-concept) till robusta och tillverkningsbara lösningar. God kommunikationsförmåga samt ett strukturerat, proaktivt och praktiskt arbetssätt, med förmåga att ta ansvar och driva flera aktiviteter parallellt.

Meriterande: Industriell erfarenhet inom halvledare, MEMS, avancerad kapsling (advanced packaging), kondensatorer, bildskärmar, batterier eller relaterad tunnfilmsteknik. Kunskap om MIM-strukturer, dielektrisk tillförlitlighet, gränssnittsteknik och elektrisk karakterisering av tunnfilmskomponenter. Erfarenhet av försöksplanering (DoE), statistisk processutveckling och datadriven optimering.
