Senior Projektledare – IAM / Identity & Access Management Vi söker en senior projektledare med stark teknisk förståelse och erfarenhet inom Identity & Access Management, IAM, för ett komplext utvecklingsuppdrag i en internationell miljö. Rollen passar dig som är van att ta ett helhetsansvar för projekt, leda tekniska team och driva initiativ från idé och målbild till genomförande, leverans och optimering. Du behöver vara trygg i miljöer med många beroenden, flera intressenter och högt tempo. Om uppdraget Som projektledare får du ett end-to-end-ansvar för projektet och ansvarar för att säkerställa att arbetet skapar tydligt affärs- och kundvärde. Du kommer bland annat att:

Driva projektet genom hela livscykeln, från idé och planering till leverans och vidareutveckling

Definiera projektets mission, mål och OKR:er

Omsätta målbilden till roadmap, prioriterad backlog och konkreta aktiviteter

Leda ett tekniskt och tvärfunktionellt team av utvecklare och andra specialister

Prioritera backlog och definiera MVP:er för att möjliggöra snabba feedback- och leveranscykler

Hantera beroenden mellan olika projekt och team

Bygga och utveckla relationer med viktiga intressenter

Identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter inom IAM-strategi, processer och policys

Identifiera och hantera frågor och utmaningar inom Identity & Access Management

Stötta och coacha organisationen kring best practices inom IAM

Dokumentera och bidra till utveckling av IAM-processer och arbetssätt

Vi söker dig som har Gedigen erfarenhet av projektledning inom teknisk utveckling

Erfarenhet av att leda tekniska och tvärfunktionella team

Erfarenhet av projekt med många beroenden och intressenter

Erfarenhet av att leda geografiskt distribuerade team

Erfarenhet av att ta fram och hantera projektroadmaps

Erfarenhet av att formulera projektmål och OKR:er

Erfarenhet av backlogghantering och prioritering

Erfarenhet av Jira

God förståelse för Identity & Access Management, IAM

Erfarenhet av att arbeta med eller utveckla IAM-processer, policys och arbetssätt

Du behöver även ha god förståelse för flera av följande områden:

Active Directory

Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID

B2B och B2C-identitet

Microsoft Entra Identity Governance

Microsoft Azure AD Identity Governance
