Dina arbetsuppgifter Som projektledare får du en central roll i att driva verksamhetsutvecklingsinitiativ med fokus på digitalisering och processutveckling. Du arbetar tvärfunktionellt och samarbetar med olika delar av organisationen för att identifiera behov, utveckla lösningar och säkerställa att förändringar implementeras i verksamheten. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att vara att:

Leda verksamhetsutvecklingsprojekt med fokus på digitalisering och processutveckling

Driva förstudier tillsammans med representanter från berörda delar av verksamheten

Ta fram projektplaner och strukturera projektets genomförande

Ta fram kravspecifikationer för utveckling av IT-verktyg

Driva workshops, samla in och analysera resultat samt presentera slutsatser på ett pedagogiskt sätt

Rapportera till sponsor, styrgrupp, PMO och ledningsgrupp

Arbeta aktivt med förändringsledning genom hela projektet

Följa upp och stötta implementeringen tillsammans med projektets sponsor

Bidra till att sprida best practice och vidareutveckla arbetssätt inom avdelningen

Din profil

Erfarenhet av projektledning inom större och gärna globala organisationer

Erfarenhet av IT-projekt och/eller processutvecklingsprojekt

Erfarenhet av förändringsledning i komplexa organisationer

Mycket god förmåga att planera och driva workshops

Förmåga att sammanställa information och presentera resultat på ett tydligt och pedagogiskt sätt

Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt

Erfarenhet av att arbeta med verksamhetsutveckling och digitalisering

Kunskap om affärssystem, exempelvis Teamcenter, SAP eller SFDC, är meriterande

Kunskap inom Obsolescence Management är mycket meriterande
