Vi söker nu en projektledare på till ett långsiktigt uppdrag hos vår kund inom försvars- och flygindustrin i Linköping. Uppdraget innebär att bidra till utveckling och leverans av lösningar som stödjer avancerade militära flygsystem genom hela deras livscykel, med fokus på operativ förmåga och tillgänglighet. Om uppdraget Som projektledare blir du en del av ett projektledningsteam där du ansvarar för att planera, leda och följa upp projekt och uppdrag inom avancerade flygsystem. Du arbetar nära olika delar av organisationen samt med kunder, leverantörer och andra samarbetspartner. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter omfattar att: -Planera, leda och följa upp projekt med fokus på tid, kostnad och kvalitet. -Definiera projektmål, omfattning och genomförande. -Samordna arbetet mellan interna funktioner, kunder och leverantörer. -Bidra i kommersiella frågor, leverantörsdialoger och förhandlingar. -Identifiera och hantera projektrisker, förändringar och möjligheter. -Följa upp projektbudgetar, ekonomiska resultat och leveranser. -Bidra till utveckling av arbetssätt och omsätta verksamhetens mål och strategier i konkreta aktiviteter. -Projekten kan involvera verksamhet på flera orter i Sverige och internationellt, vilket innebär att resor kan förekomma. Din Profil För att vara aktuell för uppdraget ser vi att du har: -1 års erfarenhet av projektledning, gärna inom tekniskt komplex verksamhet eller internationella sammanhang. -God ekonomisk förståelse och erfarenhet av budget- och resultatuppföljning i projekt. -Erfarenhet av att utveckla arbetssätt och omsätta mål och strategier i praktiken. -Erfarenhet av kommersiellt arbete, exempelvis leverantörsdialoger, förhandlingar eller samarbete med externa parter. -Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. -Förmåga att arbeta strukturerat, lösningsorienterat och självständigt samt samordna flera intressenter. Meriterande -Erfarenhet från flyg- eller försvarsindustrin, gärna med koppling till militära flygsystem. -Kunskap om flygteknisk verksamhet, underhåll eller stöd till luftfartyg. -Förståelse för regelverk inom militär luftfart, exempelvis SE-EMAR. Personliga egenskaper Vi söker dig som är engagerad, initiativtagande och kommunikativ. Du trivs i en samordnande roll med många kontaktytor och har förmåga att bygga förtroende och skapa goda samarbeten. Du arbetar strukturerat, tar ansvar för dina uppgifter och har lätt för att anpassa dig när förutsättningarna förändras. Du har också förmåga att kombinera verksamhetens behov med ekonomiska, tekniska och kommersiella förutsättningar. Övrig information Säkerhetsprövning: Uppdraget kräver godkänd säkerhetsprövning enligt gällande säkerhetsskyddsbestämmelser. Beroende på säkerhetsklassning kan särskilda medborgarskapskrav förekomma.
