Projektledare till två utvecklingsprojekt inom Socialtjänsten Socialtjänsten söker en engagerad och driven projektledare för två viktiga utvecklingsprojekt med fokus på kompetensförsörjning, digitalisering och hållbara arbetssätt. Uppdraget är tidsbegränsat och finansieras genom omställningsmedel. Om uppdraget Du ansvarar för att driva och samordna två projekt: Samlad digital introduktion för alla nyanställda inom socialtjänsten genom att strukturera, kvalitetssäkra och tillgängliggöra introduktionsmaterial på en gemensam plattform. Förtydligade krav för timanställda med fokus på introduktion, kompetensregistrering och tillgänglighet i Time Care Pool för att skapa ett mer effektivt och hållbart bemanningsarbete.

Vem är du? Dina kvalikationer är: Har eftergymnasial utbildning inom exempelvis samhällsvetenskap, personal- och arbetslivsfrågor, offentlig förvaltning, projektledning eller annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig. Har dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda projekt eller större utvecklings- och förändringsarbeten. Har erfarenhet av att samordna arbete mellan olika verksamheter, funktioner eller intressenter. Har god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift.

Meriterande är om du också har: Erfarenhet av projektledning inom offentlig sektor. Kunskap om socialtjänstens verksamhetsområden. Erfarenhet av kompetensförsörjning, introduktionsprocesser eller utbildningsinsatser. Erfarenhet av bemanningsprocesser och arbete i system som Time Care Pool. Erfarenhet av förändringsledning och implementering av nya arbetssätt

Du är strukturerad, analytisk och har förmåga att skapa engagemang och delaktighet hos chefer och medarbetare.
