Om rollen Rollen som projektledare hos vår kund innebär att leda strategiskt viktiga investeringsprojekt som stärker bolagets fortsatta tillväxt, operativa excellens och långsiktiga konkurrenskraft. Nästa stora satsning är ett nytt omfattande projekt där du får driva hela processen från planering till färdig installation. Som projektledare tar du fullt ägarskap för investeringsprojekt från idé till överlämning. Du ansvarar för planering, upphandling och RFQ-processer, leverantörsstyrning, installation och integration i pågående produktion, FAT och SAT samt formellt projektavslut. Du säkerställer att projekten levereras i tid, inom budget och enligt interna standarder. Rollen är helt på plats i Västerås med nära kontakt med både operatörer och produktion. Arbetsuppgifter Leda och leverera maskin- och infrastrukturinvesteringar med fokus på kvalitet, tid och kostnad

Upprätta kravspecifikationer, driva upphandlingar och förhandla med leverantörer

Säkerställa smidig installation och integration i pågående produktion

Delta i leverantörsbesiktningar och verifieringar (FAT och SAT), stakeholdermöten och projektavslut

Bidra till förbättringar och dela erfarenheter i projektorganisationen

Vem vi söker Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av industriella investeringsprojekt och som valt att bygga din karriär inom projektledning. Du är trygg, kommunikativ och utåtriktad, men samtidigt ödmjuk inför den kunskap som finns hos operatörer och kollegor. För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har:

Civil- eller högskoleingenjörsexamen inom maskinteknik eller motsvarande

Erfarenhet av specialmaskiner och avancerade skärande processer som svarvning, fräsning, borrning eller slipning

Kunskap i projektplanering (MS Project/WBS), kostnadsuppföljning och budget (SAP), samt erfarenhet av RFQ, leverantörsdialog, stakeholderkommunikation och riskhantering

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av FAT- och SAT-processer

Erfarenhet inom automation är starkt meriterande

Mycket goda språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska, tal och skrift

B-körkort

Meriterande Erfarenhet av automation, exempelvis automationsprojekt eller automationslösningar, är starkt meriterande
