Sandbacka Science Park är Gävleborgs science park och en del av Sandvikens kommun. Vi hjälper företag att utvecklas genom innovation, digitalisering och samverkan mellan näringsliv, akademi och offentlig sektor. Tillsammans skapar vi hållbar tillväxt och framtidens lösningar.

Till Sandbacka Science Park söker vi nu en engagerad projektmedarbetare som trivs med att ta egna initiativ, gillar att få saker att hända och kan stärka företags konkurrenskraft genom digitalisering, AI och nya arbetssätt.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Det här är en varierad och operativ roll för dig som gillar att få saker att hända. Du planerar och genomför aktiviteter, bygger relationer med företag och hjälper till att omsätta behov till konkreta utvecklingsinsatser. Du arbetar nära företag, identifierar möjligheter och samordnar insatser inom områden som digitalisering, AI, cybersäkerhet och verksamhetsutveckling.

Du kommer bland annat att:

  • Planera, koordinera och genomföra projektaktiviteter
  • Bygga och utveckla relationer med företag i regionen
  • Identifiera företags behov och koppla dem till relevanta insatser
  • Samordna experter, leverantörer och samarbetspartners
  • Utforma och genomföra workshops, seminarier och andra aktiviteter
  • Bidra till analyser, uppföljning och resultatrapportering
  • Stödja kommunikation, administration och projektgenomförande

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som är drivande, lösningsorienterad och trivs med att ta eget ansvar och driva arbetet framåt. Du är strukturerad och självgående, samtidigt som du är en lagspelare som tycker om att samarbeta och skapa resultat tillsammans med andra. Du har lätt för att skapa och underhålla relationer och är lyhörd och kommunikativ i mötet med olika människor. Du är lika bekväm i mötet med företag som i planeringen av nästa aktivitet och motiveras av att skapa konkreta resultat och se idéer bli verklighet. Du är nyfiken på digital utveckling och teknikens möjligheter och ser potentialen i hur nya lösningar kan bidra till utveckling och innovation.

Krav

  • Eftergymnasial utbildning (exempelvis inom projektledning, digitalisering, IT, kommunikation eller verksamhetsutveckling)
  • Erfarenhet av att driva projekt, aktiviteter eller utvecklingsarbete
  • B-körkort
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av arbeten inom digitalisering (exempelvis erfarenhet av AI, cybersäkerhet och/eller digitalisering)

Meriterande

• Kommunicerar obehindrat på engelska

Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad anställning. Varaktighet: 6 månader eller längre, tillträde: 2026-11-01 eller enligt överenskommelse , upphör: 2029-09-30 .
