Som Quality Control Specialist på Plejd får du en praktisk och varierad roll där du löser kvalitetsproblem, stöttar produktionen och driver förbättringar i det dagliga arbetet. Om Plejd Plejd är ett svenskt techbolag som utvecklar produkter och lösningar inom smart belysning och hemautomation. Vårt fokus är att göra elektrikerns vardag enklare genom teknik som är genomtänkt, användarvänlig och byggd för att fungera i verkligheten. Vi utvecklar stora delar av våra produkter och system själva och samlar kompetens inom bland annat elektronik, mekanik, produktion, automation, inbyggda system, apputveckling och moln/backend under samma tak. Det ger oss möjlighet att arbeta nära hela vägen från idé och produktutveckling till produktion och färdig produkt. Om rollen Som Quality Control Specialist arbetar du nära våra operatörer och skiftledare för att säkerställa kvaliteten i den dagliga produktionen. En stor del av din vardag tillbringar du ute i produktionen, där du fångar upp avvikelser, utreder orsaker till kvalitetsproblem och ser till att förbättringar genomförs och följs upp. Rollen innebär också att du genomför återkommande kvalitetskontroller av produkter och material, utvecklar och förbättrar arbetsinstruktioner, utbildar operatörer, dokumenterar kvalitetsärenden och följer upp produktionsutfall. Du arbetar nära både produktion och produktutveckling och granskar bland annat monteringsflöden inför introduktion av nya produkter och produktförändringar. Om dig Vi söker dig som har minst två års erfarenhet av kvalitetsarbete inom produktion eller tillverkande industri. Du är van vid att utreda kvalitetsproblem, identifiera grundorsaker och driva åtgärder tillsammans med produktion. Rollen passar dig som har byggt upp en stabil grund inom kvalitetsarbete och vill fortsätta utvecklas i en operativ och hands-on roll. Fokus ligger på det dagliga kvalitetsarbetet i produktionen, snarare än på övergripande kvalitetsstrategi, personalansvar eller ägarskap för hela kvalitetsfunktionen. Du är initiativtagande, noggrann och strukturerad och behåller lugnet även när kvalitetsproblem behöver lösas snabbt. Du trivs med att samarbeta med olika delar av produktionen och behöver kunna kommunicera obehindrat på både svenska och engelska. Vi ser att du:

Har praktisk erfarenhet av felsökning, avvikelsehantering och rotorsaksanalys i produktion.

Är van vid att arbeta nära operatörer och produktionsprocesser.

Har erfarenhet av att driva och följa upp kvalitetsförbättringar.

Är noggrann, initiativtagande och bekväm med dokumentation.

Har körkort

Det är meriterande om du dessutom har erfarenhet av kvalitetskontroller, arbete i PLM-system, produktlanseringar eller arbete kopplat till revisioner och kvalitetsstandarder. Har du utbildning inom IPC-A-610 och/eller IPC J-STD-001 är det också meriterande. Om vår process Vi hanterar rekryteringen löpande och anställer när vi har hittat en kandidat som matchar våra behov.
