Som Customer Advisor ringer du inte bara för att sälja, du ringer för att vägleda, utbilda och optimera kundens ekonomiska resa från start till mål. Om rollen I rollen som Customer Advisor är du kundens trygga hand genom hela processen. Du arbetar med befintliga case där ditt jobb är att guida kunden genom beslutsfattande och uppföljning. Du ansvarar för att förvandla en ansökan till en hållbar lösning genom kvalificerad rådgivning. Dina huvudsakliga uppgifter:

Du pratar med inkommande ansökningar (inbounds) och agerar expertstöd genom hela kundresan.

Du analyserar kundens behov på djupet och presenterar skräddarsydda lösningar som gör skillnad på riktigt.

Du driver dina egna case framåt och säkerställer att kunden känner sig trygg i varje steg, från första kontakt till avslut.

Du bygger långsiktigt förtroende och fungerar som länken mellan kundens utmaningar och Plus1.

Vem är du? Du har tidigare erfarenhet av försäljning eller rådgivning, gärna inom Bank & Finans eller försäkring.

Du är van vid att hantera kunddialoger och trivs med telefonen som verktyg.

Du behärskar svenska och engelska obehindrat.

Du är resultatorienterad men prioriterar alltid kvalitet och kundens bästa i varje beslut.
