På Aimo Park är vi stolta över att vara Nordens ledande parkeringsbolag. Vår Customer Support har en central roll i verksamheten och hjälper våra kunder med stort som smått när det gäller parkering. Från vårt kontor i Uppsala finns vi tillgängliga för kunder över hela Sverige. Frågorna kan handla om allt från vad man gör när bommen i garaget inte öppnas, till funderingar kring korttids- och långtidsparkering. Som Customer Support Agent är du en stor del av kundens upplevelse av Aimo Park. Du är ofta den första kontakten med oss och blir därför en viktig representant för företaget. Som person är du serviceinriktad, lösningsorienterad och har lätt för att bemöta människor i olika situationer. Har du några års erfarenhet av arbete med telefon och kundkontakt är det meriterande. Vi arbetar dagligen i flertalet olika system, därför är datavana ett krav och erfarenhet av digitala verktyg ett plus. För tjänsten behöver du ha en avslutad gymnasieutbildning samt kunna uttrycka dig obehindrat på svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Helgarbete kan förekomma beroende på avdelning.
