Vår specialitet är trådning och vår passion är att framhäva ögonen genom behandlingar och produkter i världsklass – alltid med kundupplevelsen i centrum. Nu söker vi en Brow Bar Manager som vill ta ett helhetsansvar för vår salong på NK Stockholm och leda teamet mot nya framgångar. Dela din talang med oss Som Brow Bar Manager är du hjärtat i salongen – en inspirerande ledare, skicklig stylist och affärsdriven förebild. Du arbetar aktivt i behandling, driver försäljning och skapar rätt förutsättningar för att ditt team ska utvecklas, prestera och trivas. Tillsammans med din Head of Operations & Sales arbetar du mot tydliga mål och säkerställer att salongen når sin fulla potential – både i kundupplevelse och resultat. I rollen kommer du att:

Driva försäljning och följa upp nyckeltal samt skapa handlingsplaner för att nå uppsatta mål

Planera, genomföra och följa upp kampanjer och aktiviteter

Säkerställa optimal bemanning utifrån kundflöde och öppettider

Arbeta operativt i salongen med behandlingar och produktförsäljning

Coacha, utveckla och utbilda stylister i det dagliga arbetet

Hålla regelbundna uppföljningar och skapa engagemang i teamet

Ansvara för budget, administration och salongens dagliga drift

Säkerställa att Rapides koncept, arbetssätt och kundresa alltid efterlevs
