Rätt Spår i Uppsala AB är ett Uppsalabaserat mjukvarubolag som utvecklar och marknadsför ett webbaserat stödsystem för bland andra HVB-hem, LSS, kvinnojourer, stödboenden och familjehem. Till aktörer inom dessa områden levererar vi en mjukvara som förenklar och underlättar i det vardagliga arbetet. Den stora skillnaden mellan oss och andra inom branschen är att vi har en gedigen erfarenhet av det dagliga arbetet inom de olika verksamhetsområdena. Det gör att det kommer naturligt för oss att förstå de olika behov som finns och skräddarsy lösningar som möter de behoven. Nu vill vi utöka vårt utvecklingsteam med en frontendutvecklare. Vår frontend är idag baserad på Vue.js, Typescript, HTML, CSS, SCSS, varför kunskaper inom dessa teknologier önskas. Du kommer jobba tätt tillsammans med produktägare och backendutvecklare i ett agilt arbetsflöde.

Du behöver inte ha mångårig arbetslivserfarenhet, utan kan med fördel ha din utbildning i färskt minne. Idag använder vi endast sparsamt AI-verktyg i vår utveckling, men är öppna för att anamma dessa där de kan bidra på ett bra sätt. Vi lägger stor vikt vid användarvänlighet med genomtänkta användarflöden och tydliga användargränssnitt. Därför ser vi gärna att du som frontendutvecklare inte bara är intresserad av teknologierna du jobbar med, utan även tänker på dem som i slutändan kommer använda vår produkt. Du kommer ges goda möjligheter att bidra inom dessa områden, om du önskar.
