Radiator VVS ser till att VVS och rörinstallationer på sjukhus, industrier och fastigheter fungerar som de ska, dygnet runt. DET HÄR ÄR UPPDRAGET Vi söker nu en projektledare som vill vara med och utveckla framtidens installationslösningar i Sundsvall. Vi söker en engagerad och affärsmässig projektledare som vill ta ansvar för att driva våra projekt och kundrelationer framåt. Hos oss får du en central roll där du leder uppdrag från planering till genomförande med fokus på kvalitet, ekonomi, arbetsmiljö och kundnöjdhet. Vi söker dig som trivs med att kombinera struktur och affärsmässighet med ett nära samarbete med kunder, kollegor och samarbetspartners. Oavsett om din bakgrund främst finns inom entreprenadprojekt eller serviceverksamhet har du erfarenhet av att leda människor, följa upp ekonomi och skapa långsiktiga relationer. Du är lösningsorienterad, ansvarstagande och har förmågan att prioritera i en vardag där flera projekt och uppdrag pågår samtidigt. Mer specifikt innebär uppdraget att:

Driva egna projekt

Ansvara för hela projektprocessen såsom t.ex. tidsplaner, ekonomi, arbetsledning och inköp.

Samarbete med entreprenörer

Utveckla befintliga kunder och identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter.

Projektledning från tidigt skede till leverans

Budget-, prognos- och resultatansvar

Samverkan med beställare och entreprenörer

Personal- och resursledning

Erfarenhet av kalkyl, inköp och kontraktshantering.

Kunskap inom AB04, ABT06 och AMA.

Erfarenhet av ändrings- och tilläggsarbeten (ÄTA).

Kunna säkerställa att arbete utförs enligt lag, branschstandard och interna riktlinjer

Innehar B-Körkort (krav)

Meriterande: Erfarenhet av arbete med värmepumpar t.ex. offerter, kalkyl dock ej ett krav.
