Det här är en roll för dig som tycker om att ha många kontaktytor, skapa struktur och se till att både medarbetare och besökare får en riktigt bra upplevelse. Tjänsten är på 50 % med start omgående. Som Office Coordinator blir du en viktig person på kontoret och ansvarar för att den dagliga verksamheten fungerar smidigt. Du möter människor, löser praktiska frågor och håller ihop olika delar av kontorsservicen. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: Ta emot och hjälpa besökare Introducera nya medarbetare på kontoret Hantera passerkort och enklare säkerhetsfrågor Ta emot och följa upp felanmälningar Boka och förbereda konferensrum Hantera post och paket Vara behjälplig vid möten, aktiviteter och event Ha kontakt med leverantörer, lokalvård och fastighetsägare Hantera enklare administration och leverantörsfakturor Bidra med idéer som skapar en trivsam och välfungerande arbetsplats

Vi ser gärna att du har: Erfarenhet av service, administration, reception eller liknande Goda kunskaper i Office 365 Mycket god svenska och engelska i tal och skrift B-körkort och tillgång till bil Ett strukturerat och noggrant arbetssätt
