Då kan det här vara det perfekta extrajobbet för dig! Vi söker nu servicestjärnor till vår bemanningspool i Göteborg. För att trivas och lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har en god tillgänglighet och möjlighet att arbeta minst 2-3 pass i veckan. Hos oss är flexibilitet ett ömsesidigt samarbete. Vi söker dig som kan ställa upp när behov uppstår och som samtidigt vill vara en del av ett engagerat team där det finns goda möjligheter att utvecklas inom servicebranschen.

Om tjänsten Som en del av Middlepoints bemanningspool får du möjlighet att arbeta på flera av våra spännande uppdrag runt om i Göteborg, bland annat inom:

Kontorsreception

Infodisk i köpcentrum

Konferens- och mötesservice

Dina arbetsuppgifter kan bland annat innebära att:

Välkomna medarbetare, kunder och besökare

Hantera telefon och e-post

Ha kontakt med leverantörer

Utföra administrativt arbete i olika system

Post och pakethantering

Ansvara för bokningar och beställningar

Vara en positiv och närvarande värd för både medarbetare och besökare

Ansvara för konferensrum och ronderingar på kontor

Vem är du? Du är en person som brinner för service och motiveras av att skapa positiva upplevelser för andra. Du är lösningsorienterad, initiativtagande och trivs i en varierad arbetsmiljö där ingen dag är den andra lik. För att trivas i rollen ser vi att du har en hög grad av flexibilitet och en god tillgänglighet. Eftersom arbetet sker vid behov söker vi dig som vill och kan arbeta regelbundet, cirka 2-3 pass i veckan, och som är öppen för att rycka in både vid planerade pass och med kortare varsel när verksamheten behöver stöd. Vi tror att du:

Har ett genuint intresse för service och värdskap

Är flexibel, pålitlig och har god tillgänglighet

Har möjlighet att arbeta minst 2-3 pass per vecka

Är positiv, prestigelös och ansvarstagande

Trivs med att arbeta både självständigt och i team

Är bekväm med att rycka in med kort varsel när behov uppstår

Har tidigare erfarenhet av servicearbete

Har goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office

Talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och engelska
