Receptionist – Stockholm med omnejd (1-3 dagar i veckan)

Åderbråcksklinikerna (en del av Nordic Health Group) är en snabbt växande grupp kliniker inom privat hälso- och sjukvård, där våra kvalificerade specialistläkare behandlar patienter med venös insufficiens. Vi söker nu en engagerad receptionist på timanställning som vill stärka vårt team på vår klinik i Stockholm med omnejd (Västerås, Södertälje och Uppsala)

Som receptionist är din huvudsakliga uppgift att säkerställa att våra patienter får en smidig och effektiv upplevelse på väg mot friskare ben och ett bättre liv. Arbetsuppgifterna inkluderar:

Boka och ta emot patienter

Registrera i journalsystem

Informera och guida patienter genom besöket

Hantera betalningar

Samla in feedback och recensioner

Medverka i den dagliga driften på kliniken

Trivs i en dynamisk klinikmiljö med många patienter

Kan arbeta självständigt och proaktivt för att optimera och utveckla dagliga processer

Har flexibel tillgänglighet olika dagar i veckan. Du kan vara student, pensionär eller arbeta deltid i en annan flexibel tjänst

Arbetstider/längd:

Timanställning. Arbetstiderna är flexibla – pass kan förekomma som halvdagar, eftermiddagar/kvällar eller helger. Arbetspass planeras alltid 1–3 månader i förväg, så att du vet i god tid vad som gäller.
