Arbetsuppgifter

Som receptionist hos oss blir du klinikens ansikte utåt och ansvarar för att skapa ett smidigt flöde i den dagliga verksamheten. Dina arbetsuppgifter innefattar bland annat:

Ta emot och välkomna patienter på plats och i telefon.

Hantera tidsbokningar och patientadministration.

Sköta kassa, betalningar och enklare ekonomiuppgifter.

Ha kontakt med samarbetspartners och leverantörer.

Bidra till en positiv upplevelse för patienter och en välfungerande klinik.

Vi söker dig som:

Har god erfarenhet av service och administration, gärna från vård eller reception.

Kommunicerar väl på svenska och engelska.

Är ansvarsfull, strukturerad och stresstålig.

Är positiv, flexibel och har ett professionellt bemötande.

Trivs i en roll där du får ta eget ansvar och samtidigt samarbeta nära dina kollegor.

Tidigare erfarenhet som receptionist eller inom tandvård/vård är meriterande men inte ett krav – vi lägger stor vikt vid din personlighet och vilja att lära dig.
