För kunds räkning söker vi nu en självgående och strukturerad administrativ receptionist som vill arbeta i en internationell och teknikdriven miljö i Kista. Företaget är en global aktör inom IT och teknikdistribution, med stark närvaro på den internationella marknaden. De samarbetar med några av världens ledande teknikleverantörer och erbjuder lösningar inom bland annat molntjänster, cybersäkerhet och avancerad IT-infrastruktur. Verksamheten präglas av en internationell, professionell och affärsdriven miljö med högt tempo. Om rollen Detta är en bred och ansvarsfull roll där du kombinerar klassiskt receptionsarbete med samordning, administration och kontorsansvar. Du är företagets ansikte utåt och en central funktion i den dagliga verksamheten. Du ansvarar för att skapa en professionell upplevelse för besökare, stötta ledning och medarbetare samt säkerställa att kontoret fungerar effektivt. Arbetstiderna är förlagd till 08:00 - 17:00 måndag till fredag. Exempel på ansvarsområden:

Driva och utveckla den dagliga reception- och kontorsservicen

Välkomna och registrera besökare samt hantera växel

Ansvara för mötesrum, konferenser och värdskap vid kurser/tester

Hålla rent och städat kring reception, kök och mötesrum

Koordinera resor (flyg, hotell, taxi)

Hantera post, bud och leveranser

Administrera fakturor, rapportering och interna system

Assistera VD i administrativa frågor

Ansvara för onboarding av nyanställda

Hantera IT-lager i samarbete med IT

Administrera parkeringstillstånd och poolbil

Koordinera inköp av kontorsmaterial, profilprodukter och catering

Ansvara för öppning och stängning av reception

Vi söker dig som:

Har erfarenhet av reception, kontorsservice eller liknande koordinerande roll

Är strukturerad, självgående och prestigelös

Har god administrativ förmåga

Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska

Trivs i en internationell miljö

Är lösningsorienterad och ser vad som behöver göras
