The posting

Huvudsta vårdcentral är en välfungerande vårdmottagning belägen i Huvudsta centrum i Solna, väl knuten med allmänna kommunikationsvägar. Vårdcentralen arbetar med primärvårdsuppdrag från Region Stockholm och har högt förtroende hos våra cirka 8200 patienter i olika åldrar, listade hos oss. Vårdcentralen präglas av brett prestigelöst samarbete och ömsesidig dialog mellan personalkategorier, god arbetsmiljö, högt patentsäkerhetstänk, korta beslutsvägar, stabilt ledarskap och kontinuerlig strävan att erbjuda god och säker vård till våra patienter. Vi söker nu en receptionist /administratör. Tjänsten är ett vikariat på cirka 12–18 månader. Tjänstgöringsgrad är 100%, 40t/v. Arbetstid är förlagd måndag-fredag, inget kvälls-eller helgarbete förekommer. Tillträde omgående eller efter överenskommelse. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår bl. annat - bemanna reception, ta emot och registrera besök, kassa registrering, hantera telefon och digitala kontakter via 1177, posthantering, samordna kontakter med externa aktörer samt lägga in tillstånd till sjukresor och beställa tolktjänster. Du bör ha erfarenhet av patientadministrativt arbete inom hälso-och sjukvård. Du bör även ha mycket goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift. Erfarenhet av att arbeta i journalsystem Take Care är meriterande. En formell utbildning som medicinsk sekreterare / vårdadministratör är också meriterande.
