Vi söker nu för kunds räkning, en Redovisningsekonom till ett etablerat fastighetsförvaltningsbolag som äger, förvaltar och utvecklar bostadsfastigheter i Storstockholm med omnejd. Bolaget har en gedigen erfarenhet och stark kompetens inom fastighetsbranschen, vilket borgar för ett långsiktigt och ansvarsfullt ägande. I rollen som Redovisningsekonom blir du en viktig del av ett mindre och sammansvetsat team med placering på kontoret i city. Som Redovisningsekonom hos oss får du ett brett och varierat ansvar inom redovisning och ekonomiadministration. Du kommer att arbeta nära kollegor inom ekonomi och verksamheten, och bidra till att skapa ordning, kvalitet och trygghet i vår finansiella rapportering.

Arbetsuppgifter: • Upprättande av månadsbokslut och årsbokslut • Stöd vid budget- och prognosarbete • Stöd vid löpande bokföring och avstämningar • Stöd vid Kund och leverantörsreskontra • Bidra till utveckling av rutiner och processer • Bankavstämningar • Moms och skattedeklarationer • Det är fördelaktigt om du kan löner

Din profil: Vi söker dig som har: • Minst 5 år erfarenhet av ekonomiarbete gärna i liknande roll • Erfarenhet av att arbeta i Fortnox • Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet från Fastighetsbranschen • Grundläggande förståelse för redovisning och ekonomiska flöden • Trivs i ett mindre bolag med nära samarbete
