Senior teknisk projektledare, datacenterkonsolidering – Region Stockholm En region i Stockholms län ska konsolidera befintliga datacentermiljöer och modernisera IT-infrastrukturen vid ett av sina sjukhus. Uppdraget är att leda arbetet från planering till genomförande, med många beroenden mellan infrastruktur, applikationer, nätverk, säkerhet, driftorganisationer och externa leverantörer. Målet är ökad standardisering, säkerhet, kostnadseffektivitet och driftsäkerhet samt enklare förvaltning. Snabbfakta

Vad du ska göra

Planera, samordna och genomföra konsolideringen av datacentermiljöerna

Ansvara för och driva 2–3 parallella förstudier under hösten 2026

Beskriva tekniska problemställningar och ta fram tydliga beslutsunderlag till verksamhetsledningen

Etablera projektorganisation, kommunikationsplan och riskhantering

Samordna interna team med externa driftleverantörer

Följa upp budget och rapportera till styrgrupp och beställare

Genomföra förändringarna med minsta möjliga påverkan på sjukhusets verksamhet

Krav

Kompetensnivå 4: Minst 8 års dokumenterad erfarenhet som teknisk projektledare för projekt med inriktning mot IT-infrastruktur och datacenter

Minst 5 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av uppdrag inom offentlig sektor

Dokumenterad erfarenhet från projekt i vårdmiljö och samhällskritisk verksamhet (region eller myndighet)

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda större datacenterprojekt eller infrastrukturella transformationsinitiativ i en organisation med fler än 1 000 anställda

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av IT-säkerhetsarbete, riskhantering och samarbete med externa driftleverantörer

God kunskap om olika utvecklingsmetoder och arbetssätt i tekniska utvecklingsprojekt

God teknisk bredd inom server-, lagrings-, nätverks- och säkerhetsinfrastruktur

Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Två referensuppdrag från de senaste fem åren som teknisk projektledare (varav minst ett inom IT-infrastruktur/datacenter för en organisation med minst 1 000 medarbetare)

Meriterande

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av projekt i regioner

Erfarenhet av att leda AD-migreringsprojekt

Erfarenhet av projekt som påverkar verksamheten på ett akutsjukhus

Erfarenhet av IT-arbetsplatsplattformar i region eller myndighet (minst 1 000 anställda)

Certifiering i ITIL / Service Management eller motsvarande
