Senior projektkoordinator och förändringsledare – Region Stockholm, sjukhusmiljö Region Stockholm genomför en omfattande migrering av nätverk och IT-infrastruktur i sjukhusmiljö. Arbetet berör många tekniska miljöer, verksamheter, förvaltningar och flera externa leverantörer parallellt. Rollen samordnar det operativa arbetet och är länken mellan projektledning, tekniska specialister, verksamhetsrepresentanter, förvaltare, verifierare och leverantörer. Migreringen ska göras patientsäkert, med vårdens verksamhet i centrum. Snabbfakta

Driva den dagliga samordningen av migreringsaktiviteter tillsammans med kundens projektledare och leverantörernas projektledare.

Följa upp tidplan, beroenden, risker och avvikelser.

Planera och leda möten, workshops och beslutsforum.

Ta fram beslutsunderlag och rapporter till styrgrupp och ledning.

Leda förändringsarbete och kommunikation mot vårdverksamheten.

Krav

Minst 5 års erfarenhet som projektkoordinator, PMO-stöd eller motsvarande roll inom IT.

Erfarenhet av större IT-infrastruktur-, transformations- eller migreringsprojekt i sjukhusmiljö.

Erfarenhet av att driva projekt med läkare, högre verksamhetschefer och IT-chefer som nyckelintressenter inom region, kommun eller annan offentlig verksamhet.

Erfarenhet av att leda grupper med många olika arbetsområden och professioner.

Goda kunskaper i projektmetodik och verktyg för planering, uppföljning och rapportering.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att planera och leda möten, workshops och beslutsforum.

Erfarenhet av att ta fram skriftliga beslutsunderlag till styrgrupp och ledning.

Erfarenhet av riskhantering, beroendeanalys och uppföljning av avvikelser.

Mycket god kunskap i Excel, inklusive pivottabeller, dataanalys och rapporter.

Mycket god svenska i tal och skrift.

Mycket senior profil, med lång erfarenhet av ledande roller i stora uppdrag.

Meriterande

Projektledning inom hälso- och sjukvård, med direkt eller indirekt påverkan på vården.

Projekt som omfattat flera sjukhus eller verksamhetsområden.

Erfarenhet av att leda styrgrupper med till exempel chefsläkare och IT-chefer.

Certifiering inom till exempel SAFe eller Change Management, med uppdrag där den använts.
