+46 är en etablerad mobiloperatör med huvudkontor på Kopparlunden i centrala Västerås. Sedan 2010 har vi hjälpt små och medelstora företag över hela Sverige att effektivisera sin verksamhet genom smarta lösningar inom mobiltelefoni, mobilt bredband, växeltjänster, elektroniska körjournaler och professionella hemsidor. Vi söker nu en driven och relationsskapande företagssäljare som vill vara med och stärka vår närvaro på lokal och regional nivå. I rollen ansvarar du för att skapa nya affärer och utveckla långsiktiga kundrelationer med företag som vill modernisera sina kommunikations- och verksamhetslösningar. Du kommer att arbeta med en bred produktportfölj som gör verklig skillnad för kundernas vardag och får möjlighet att påverka både din egen utveckling och företagets fortsatta tillväxt. Hos oss arbetar du nära kollegor med hög kompetens och stort engagemang i en miljö där samarbete och utveckling står i fokus. Tjänsten är på heltid och inleds med en provanställning på 6 månader med möjlighet till tillsvidareanställning. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter Bearbeta nya företagskunder inom ditt geografiska område. Boka och genomföra kundmöten, både digitalt och fysiskt. Presentera och sälja lösningar inom mobiltelefoni, mobilt bredband, växeltjänster, elektroniska körjournaler och hemsidor. Identifiera kunders behov och ta fram skräddarsydda lösningsförslag. Bygga långsiktiga relationer med företag och beslutsfattare. Arbeta aktivt med uppföljning, offertarbete och avtalsförhandling. Samarbeta med interna team för att säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet.

Vi söker dig som Är målmedveten, engagerad och har ett starkt affärsdriv. Trivs med att skapa nya kontakter och bygga relationer. Har god kommunikativ förmåga och känner dig bekväm i kunddialoger. Är strukturerad och van att arbeta självständigt. Har erfarenhet av försäljning, gärna mot företag (B2B). Meriterande om du har erfarenhet från telekom, IT, digitala tjänster eller abonnemangsförsäljning.
