Led den regionala programvaruleveransen för nästa generations fordon i en internationell utvecklingsmiljö. Vill du leda och samordna programvaruleveranser i komplexa fordonsprojekt? Här får du en central roll i en stor internationell aktör inom fordonsindustrin, med ansvar för att föra regionala funktioner från planering till integrations- och leveransmognad. Om rollen Driv den regionala leveransen av mjukvara och fordonsfunktioner. Samordna utveckling, integration, validering och projektledning. Vara en central länk mellan regionala och globala utvecklingsteam. Representera leveransstatus i projektforum och ledningsuppföljningar.

Det här kommer du göra Planera och följa upp implementering av programvara och funktioner. Säkra integration, kvalitet, testning och releaseberedskap. Konsolidera status för komponenter, funktioner och integrationsarbete. Hantera risker, beroenden, resursbehov och leveranshinder. Stödja kravändringar, felhantering och uppföljning av testresultat.

Vi söker dig som har Högskole- eller universitetsutbildning inom teknik eller närliggande område. Minst tio års erfarenhet från fordonsindustrin och produktutvecklingsprojekt. Erfarenhet av att leda och koordinera tvärfunktionella team. Förmåga att hantera komplexa beroenden mellan flera team och geografier. Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera och presentera komplexa frågor för seniora intressenter.

Teknik & Verktyg Jira för planering, uppföljning och ärendehantering. Microsoft 365 för samarbete och rapportering. Arbete med programvaruintegration, releaseplanering och OTA-beredskap. Uppföljning av testfall, funktionella krav och defekthantering.
