Om tjänsten Vi söker nu en Registrator till en statlig myndighet! I rollen arbetar du med bland annat diarieföring, registrering, arkivering och ärendehantering samt stödjer verksamheten i frågor som rör myndighetens handlingar och offentlighetsprincipen.

Tjänsten omfattar bland annat följande arbetsuppgifter: - Ta fram statistik över pågående och avslutade ärenden. - Bevakning av officiell e-postlåda. - Daglig postöppning, diarieföring, registrering och expediering. - Aktläggning och arkivering av diarieförda handlingar och ärenden. - Framtagande av information om pågående och avslutade ärenden. - Kontakter med medarbetare och allmänhet om myndighetens handlingar och ärenden i enlighet med offentlighetsprincipen.

Uppdragsperiod och omfattning: Tjänsten som Registrator är ett konsultuppdrag på heltid med start omgående enligt överenskommelse och beräknas pågå i cirka 1 månad. Det finns möjlighet till eventuell förlängning. Krav för tjänsten: • Diplomerad registrator, registratorsutbildning på högskolenivå eller likvärdig utbildning. Alternativt, gymnasium eller likvärdig utbildning samt ett (1) års arbetslivserfarenhet som registrator. • Goda kunskaper i MS Office eller likvärdigt. • Kunskaper om dokument- och ärendehanteringssystem (exempelvis Public360, W3D3, Platina m.fl.). • Kännedom om lagar och förordningar som styr offentlig verksamhet och registrators verksamhet och ansvar. • Kunna kommunicera obehindrat på svenska, såväl i tal som i skrift.

För att vi ska ha möjlighet att ta dig vidare i processen behöver du tydligt redogjort i ditt CV att samtliga ovan krav är uppfyllda. Ange vilket/vilka uppdrag som påvisar efterfrågad erfarenhet. Tidsperiod ska anges i år och månad ÅÅ-MM.
