Vill du utvecklas inom rekrytering och samtidigt bidra till att skapa en riktigt bra upplevelse för både kandidater och chefer? Vi söker en nyfiken och engagerad rekryterare som vill driva rekryteringsprocesser, bygga relationer och utveckla våra arbetssätt inom rekrytering och employer branding. Du blir en del av HR och rapporterar till Sofi Ödman. Rollen passar dig som har kommit en bit in i din rekryteringskarriär och vill växa, ta ett större eget ansvar och arbeta nära verksamheten. I rollen ansvarar du för hela rekryteringsprocessen – från behovsanalys och kravprofil till anställning. Du stöttar rekryterande chefer, säkerställer en professionell kandidatupplevelse och bidrar till att utveckla både rekrytering och vårt arbetsgivarvarumärke. Du ansvarar även för innehåll på karriärsidan och administration i Teamtailor. Om rollenDina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Driva rekryteringsprocesser från behovsanalys till anställning.

Stötta chefer med kravprofiler, urval, intervjuer och beslut.

Genomföra search, screening, intervjuer och referenstagning.

Skapa engagerande platsannonser och innehåll till karriärsidan.

Säkerställa en professionell och tydlig kandidatupplevelse.

Administrera processer och följa upp rekryteringsdata i Teamtailor.

Utveckla arbetssätt inom rekrytering och employer branding.

Bidra i andra HR-uppgifter utifrån verksamhetens behov.

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom HR, personalvetenskap, beteendevetenskap eller ett annat relevant område. Du har cirka 1–2 års erfarenhet av rekrytering och har praktiskt arbetat med flera delar av rekryteringsprocessen. För att lyckas i rollen behöver du kunna hålla ihop flera processer samtidigt, omsätta verksamhetens behov till tydliga kravprofiler och kommunicera professionellt med både kandidater och chefer. Du har en god intervjuteknik och bedömningsförmåga, uttrycker dig väl i skrift och känner dig trygg i digitala system. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av Kompetensbaserad rekrytering och search.

Praktisk information Språk: Mycket god svenska och god engelska i tal och skrift. Körkort: B-körkort är ett krav. Resor: Resor till företagets olika kontor förekommer.
