Teknikakademin söker rekryterare Teknikakademin söker 5 drivna och självgående rekryterare som vill hjälpa oss att hitta erfarna yrkespersoner inom teknik, bygg och industri. Ditt uppdrag är att hitta personer med gedigen yrkeserfarenhet som vill dela med sig av sin kunskap och undervisa utifrån våra utbildningars kursplaner. Kandidaterna behöver inte vara utbildade lärare – det viktigaste är rätt yrkeskompetens och förmågan att förmedla kunskap till andra. Arbetsuppgifter Skapa och publicera jobbannonser på LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Blocket Jobb, Arbetsförmedlingen, Jobbsafari och andra relevanta plattformar.

Aktivt söka och headhunta kandidater inom teknik, bygg och industri.

Kontakta intressanta personer direkt via LinkedIn.

Arbeta med kandidater och rekryteringsprocesser i Teamtailor.

Genomföra första kontakt och bedömning av kandidater.

Följa upp kandidater och boka möten med Teknikakademins ledning.

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av att arbeta i Teamtailor.

Har LinkedIn Premium – ett krav.

Är van vid LinkedIn och aktiv kandidatsökning.

Är driven, självgående och resultatinriktad.

Är bekväm med search, headhunting och direktkontakt med potentiella kandidater.

Har god kommunikativ förmåga på svenska.

Gärna har erfarenhet av rekrytering, bemanning, försäljning eller liknande.

Erfarenhet eller kontaktnät inom teknik, bygg och industri är meriterande. Förmåner Arbeta 100 % hemifrån.
