Din roll Precis som i nuvarande roll äger du dina rekryteringar hela vägen: kravprofil, search, urval, presentation, förhandling och signering. Skillnaden mot din nuvarande vardag är att du har ett system i ryggen som gör grundarbetet, bevakar marknaden och förbereder underlaget, så att du kan lägga din tid där den gör verklig skillnad: i samtalen, bedömningarna och relationerna. Det betyder att du kommer att leverera mer än du är van vid. Inte för att du springer fortare, utan för att du slipper springa i onödan. Du arbetar nära grundarteamet och har direkt påverkan på hur både processerna och verktygen utvecklas. Har du en bra idé på måndagen kan den mycket väl vara i drift på fredagen. Vem är du?
