Vill du kombinera rekrytering med affärsutveckling och samtidigt ha stor frihet över hur, när och var du arbetar? Missions är en mindre, entreprenörsdriven rekryteringsbyrå som hjälper företag att hitta rätt personer till sina verksamheter. Nu söker vi en affärsdriven rekryteringskonsult som vill arbeta långsiktigt tillsammans med oss och vara med och utveckla både nya kundrelationer och rekryteringsuppdrag. Om rollen Du kommer att arbeta med hela kedjan från affär till rekrytering. Ett viktigt fokus ligger på att identifiera nya potentiella kunder, skapa kontakt och omvandla rekryteringsbehov till konkreta uppdrag. När uppdragen kommer in arbetar vi tillsammans med leveransen. Vissa processer driver du självständigt och andra driver vi gemensamt. Du kommer bland annat att:

Identifiera och kontakta potentiella kunder

Skapa och utveckla långsiktiga kundrelationer

Boka och genomföra kundmöten

Ta in nya rekryteringsuppdrag

Arbeta med search, urval och intervjuer

Presentera kandidater och följa upp rekryteringsprocesser

Du får stor frihet att planera ditt arbete och arbetar helt på distans. Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är självgående, affärsdriven och tycker om att skapa nya kontakter. Du har gärna erfarenhet av rekrytering, bemanning, headhunting eller B2B-försäljning. Tidigare erfarenhet av både rekrytering och nykundsbearbetning är ett stort plus. Det viktigaste är att du har ett tydligt affärstänk, är bekväm med att skapa nya kundrelationer och vill vara med och bygga något långsiktigt tillsammans med oss. Upplägg & ersättning Det här är ett konsultsamarbete med prestationsbaserad ersättning. Du får en attraktiv andel av intäkterna från de affärer du skapar och arbetar med, vilket innebär att du själv har stor möjlighet att påverka din intäkt.
