Miklagårds förskola söker en skicklig och engagerad rektor och VD som vill vara med och fortsätta utveckla en trygg och stimulerande miljö för barn, föräldrar och medarbetare mitt i Täby Kyrkby. Förskolan drivs som ett aktiebolag sedan 1993 och det är den fast anställda personalen som är delägare. Vår förskola kännetecknas av en hög pedagogisk kvalitet med aktiva pedagoger. För oss är det viktigt med ett ledarskap som med värme och tydlighet skapar förtroende och sprider arbetsglädje. Som rektor och VD är du en central person i verksamheten och ansvarar för både det pedagogiska och administrativa delarna. Din roll är att leda förskolan med tydlighet och hjärta, där barnens lärande och trivsel står i fokus. Dina huvuduppgifter Leda, utveckla och förvalta förskolans pedagogiska verksamhet utifrån gällande lagar och styrdokument Ansvara för förskolans ekonomi, personal och dagliga drift Skapa och upprätthålla goda relationer med föräldrar, medarbetare och externa samarbetspartners Driva kvalitetsarbete och säkerställa en trygg och utvecklande arbetsmiljö Arbeta med en transparent och inkluderande ledarskapsstil som främjar samarbete och engagemang

Vi ser att du Har relevant akademisk utbildning och dokumenterad erfarenhet av ledarskap inom förskola Är trygg och tydlig i ditt ledarskap med god förmåga att kommunicera och skapa förtroende Har god egen initiativförmåga och är van vid att arbeta långsiktigt såväl som i förskolans vardag. Har ett genuint engagemang för barns lärande och personalens utveckling Är organiserad, strukturerad och van arbeta med budget och personalansvar

Tjänsten ska tillsättas i juni 2027.
