Om tjänsten Tellusskolan söker en rektor till rektorsområdet Robinson i Enköping. Uppdraget omfattar fyra mindre skolenheter – Fanna, Husberg, Svedia och Vårfru – med totalt knappt 400 elever. Enheterna arbetar med både utomhuspedagogik och problembaserat lärande. Vi har även ett stort fokus på värdegrundsarbete. Som rektor har du det övergripande ansvaret för verksamhet, personal och ekonomi. Du leder och utvecklar det pedagogiska arbetet med fokus på elevernas måluppfyllelse, trygghet och en god lärmiljö. I ditt uppdrag ingår att bedriva ett systematiskt kvalitetsarbete samt att säkerställa att verksamheten följer gällande styrdokument. Du ingår i en rutinerad ledningsorganisation där du har stöd av två biträdande rektorer och fyra enhetsledare. Organisation och stöd Tellusskolan erbjuder goda förutsättningar för rektorsuppdraget genom centrala stödfunktioner inom HR, ekonomi, fastighet, kommunikation, administration, IT och elevhälsa. Organisationen arbetar aktivt med att effektivisera administrativa processer med stöd av AI. I uppdraget ingår att leda undervisningsutvecklingen mot en ökad och ändamålsenlig användning av AI i verksamheten. Hög IT-mognad är därför en viktig förutsättning för dig som rektor. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har:

Relevant högskoleutbildning med pedagogisk inriktning

Erfarenhet av pedagogiskt ledarskap inom grundskola, gärna som rektor eller biträdande rektor

God kunskap om grundskolans styrdokument och uppdrag

Goda kunskaper om och erfarenheter av att bedriva elevhälsoarbete

Hög IT-mognad samt intresse för digital utveckling, inklusive AI

Det är meriterande om du har genomgått eller påbörjat rektorsutbildning. Personliga egenskaper För att lyckas i uppdraget ser vi att du:

Har god förmåga att skapa delaktighet och bygga tillitsfulla relationer

Arbetar rationellt, strukturerat och målinriktat för att skolorna ska nå en högre effektivitet och måluppfyllelse

Har ett utvecklingsorienterat förhållningssätt
