Hos Nordic söker vi en rekryterare som drivs av försäljning, förtroende och resultat, och som vill bidra till att kompetensstärka Sverige genom skarpa rekryteringar av seniora specialister och ledare inom allt från IT till kärnkraft. Det här är du Du är en person som:

triggas av affär, tempo och tydliga mål

bygger relationer naturligt och har lätt att skapa förtroende med både kandidater och kunder

älskar att hitta “rätt match” – men också att vinna uppdraget och driva processen i mål

är nyfiken, prestigelös och vill lära dig mer – men tar samtidigt stort eget ansvar

Rollen i korthet Som rekryterare hos oss arbetar du med hela kedjan – från första kundkontakt till signerat avtal och tillsatt roll. Du blir en nyckelspelare i att stärka våra kunders konkurrenskraft med rätt kompetens. Du kommer bland annat att:

bygga och utveckla kundrelationer och skapa nya affärer

driva rekryteringsprocesser för seniora profiler (specialister, chefer, nyckelroller)

arbeta proaktivt med search/headhunting och skapa kandidatpipelines

hålla hög kvalitet i kravprofil, urval, intervjuer, referenstagning och matchning

vara rådgivande partner till kund i allt från kompetensbehov till marknadsläge

god struktur och förmåga att driva flera processer parallellt

flytande svenska och god engelska
