Trygg & Skarp är i uppbyggnadsfas och söker nu en person som vill hjälpa oss att skapa nya kontakter och uppdrag. Vi erbjuder tidsbegränsade, strukturerade insatser för kommuner inom bland annat kartläggning, hemmaplanslösningar, samordning, placeringsnära uppföljning och stöd vid övergångar. Vår grund är enkel: Vi tror att människor växer när de blir sedda, lyssnade på och bemötta med respekt. Trygga möten skapar hållbar framtid. Du kommer framför allt att: • skapa kontakt med kommuner och andra relevanta beställare • presentera Trygg & Skarps tjänster • bygga långsiktiga relationer • identifiera behov och möjliga uppdrag • följa upp kontakter • boka möten och bidra till att nya samarbeten växer fram Du behöver inte vara behandlingspedagog eller socialpedagog, men erfarenhet av socialt arbete, kommunal verksamhet, HVB, vård eller försäljning till offentlig sektor är meriterande. Vi söker dig som • tycker om att skapa nya kontakter • bygger förtroende snarare än pressar fram affärer • arbetar självständigt och strukturerat • vågar ta första kontakten • är uthållig och bra på uppföljning • kan förstå kundens behov innan du presenterar en lösning • kan representera Trygg & Skarp professionellt och varmt För oss handlar försäljning inte om att sälja en insats till varje pris. Ersättning och upplägg överenskommes i förväg och kan innehålla provisionsbaserad ersättning för nya uppdrag.
